Best of the West: February 2

The nation's leading scorer had himself quite a game Thursday night. Here's a look at his performance as well as the other best games from around the West from games on February 2nd.


1. DAMIAN LILLARD | G - WEBER STATE
92-79 Win over Portland State
40 points ... 13-18 FG ... 6-8 3PT ... 5 assists
At one point, Lillard's line was 36 points on 13-15 shooting, including 6-6 from 3PT and 4-4 at the line, and with the game under control it seemed his teammate's encouraged him to engage in "heat check" behavior. Lillard played 36 minutes at point guard, yet committed just 2 turnovers. The nation's most efficient player just added to it on Thursday night.

2. D.J. SEELEY | G - CS-FULLERTON
83-61 Win over Cal Poly
28 points ... 9-11 FG ... 3-4 3PT ... 7-7 FT ... 5 rebounds ... 6 steals
Seeley had an incredibly efficient game, scoring 28 points on just 11 field goal attempts, and added 6 thefts in the easy win.

3. NOAH HARTSOCK | F - BYU
83-73 Win over Gonzaga
24 points ... 14 rebounds ... 10-19 FG ... 3 assists ... 2 blocks
BYU's rock is solid yet again.

4. ROB JONES | F - SAINT MARY'S
84-73 Win over San Diego
28 points ... 8 rebounds ... 12-23 FG ... 38 minutes
Jones manned up with 38 minutes helping SMC survive a scare from San Diego.

5. BROCK MOTUM | F - WASHINGTON STATE
60-53 Win over USC
26 points ... 9-11 FG ... 8 rebounds

6. ORLANDO JOHNSON | G-F - UC-SANTA BARBARA
85-70 Win over CS-Northridge
25 points ... 10-20 FG ... 3 reb ... 3 steals ... 3 blocks ... 2 assists
Johnson helped the Gauchos try to keep pace at 2nd in the Big West in case Long Beach State slips up.

7. ANDRE ROBERSON | F - COLORADO
82-60 Win over Oregon State
16 points ... 15 rebounds
